Very consistent. Clean rooms! No roaches really, average pricing. 24 hr recorded and monitored video surveillance. No riff raff really to speak of. Working class, many regulars and a few long termers. But one thing is for sure no money no stay. No working out things, or trading off, or bartering. It's cut and dry pay on time stay for a time. No $ no service! So that keeps the stragglers out sorta. Well managed, could use an occasional deep detailed cleaning of the rooms but cleaned efficiently and regularly. Owners are dedicated and attentive Family and local residents. I can say they keep up and improve on the structure, appearance and functionality. All systems are maintained and repaired as needed. Safe and comfortable. I would stay again and recommend to friends or family!
The lady for the front desk is nice lady treat me with respect shrs very clean person make me laugh the place is clean and the price is right I can't complain feel like home
